In this video, I’ll talk about how to deal with returns when you’re doing high ticket dropshipping on Shopify. The fact is, you really don’t have to worry about it too much. You can just set a return policy based on the policies that your supplier has in place. You can even make a small amount of money on returns if you set your restocking fee high enough (not always recommended as it could impact sales and annoy customers). Long story short, don’t panic. Most big retailers including Amazon, Wayfair etc charge restocking fees on some products so it’s completely normal without the e-commerce industry.
